Like many others, I have been wrestling with the massive growth in the Nashville real estate market.    The Nashville Business Journal’s Crane Watch is tracking 123 major development projects alone.  This of course does not count the massive amount of residential tear-down / rebuilds going on.

So the water-cooler conversation across the city is when is it time to get out?  Here’s how I am thinking / wrestling with it.  Where do you think the market is?
